The 8th Annual Genesis House Golf Tournament was a very successful fund raiser. The weather started out iffy. Around 7:00 a.m., there were thunderstorms and heavy rain north and south of the Suntree Country Club. However, the rain held off, and we had a mostly cloudy, but dry, day. About halfway through play, the sun came out for a while. Later we had a light sprinkle that lasted only a few minutes. We believe all the golfers enjoyed the golfing, buffet, and prizes, and they made generous donations through various raffles and silent auctions.
