The Women of Faith group from Ascension Catholic Church typically hold a tea each year at a nursing home or senior living facility. This year they chose Genesis House. They brought delightful treats, tea and coffee. The women residents were given a chance to “shop” through all the tables filled with items. Each child received special gifts, which were purchased specifically for them.

The Women of Faith group also presented $25 gift certificates to each of the women residents and a large check to Genesis House. These monetary gifts were approved by Fr. Toben of Ascension Parish. (See slideshow.)
